Not all cars have batteries that indicate red and black. The red is positive and black is negative. On my Kia rio the black cover is positive. I almost fucked up my car following this videos advice

Ive always just stripped a small portion of the wire, leaving some sheathing on the end, put a loop in the exposed copper, tightened it down with no exposed copper, then wrapped the outlet in electrical tape. Why do they all seem to think that a pinch connector is better than a threaded joint? Everything else has threads and good surface area.

Don't start the car with the good battery. Just use the good battery to start the dead car. After it started, un connect jumper cables and then start the car with the good battery.

not the correct way the final connection of the black negative cable will be to any metal ground on the car with the dead battery to avoid sparks and a possible explosion

Ibew electrian here this isnt a new method it's a new take on an extremly dangoures method called "back stabbing" majority of the time it wiggles loose due to heating and cooling being pushed in and pulled out of. Loops don't get pulled out, a mechanical connection is way better than a universal pressure fitting.

Thats not how pros connect the wire nuts,i recommend people watch a proper video on how to connect wires in the wire nut,or at least read the instructions on the wire nut packing. Sometimes RUclips videos dont give you all the information you need, if you dont want to read or do all that at least twist the wires before you put them in the wire nut and twist them. The last thing you want is the wire to loosen from the wire nut and then you try and think why your light dont work.
